Laerskool Pionier se missie: Die vorming van toegeruste leerders in 'n veranderende wêreld wat ons opbou en leer vir 'n suksesvolle toekoms wat vir elkeen voorlê. Ons betrek die ouers, gemeenskap, onderwysers en leerders om ook te besef dat hul 'n verantwoordelikheid het om gesonde waardes uit te leef en te kweek by ons Kaalvoetkinders.

Ons skool het 'n holistiese ontwikkelings denkwyse, waarop elke leerder wat hier by ons skoolgaan, genoegsame kennis, sorg, onderrig en liefde ontvang. Hier by Pionier streef ons om hoër hoogtes te bereik saam met die leerders en ontwikkel hul nie net op akademiese gebied nie, maar ook met kultuuraktiwiteite, sport en ander buitekurrikulêre aktiwiteite. 'n Deelnemende kultuur word hier gekweek en met aanmoediging, konsekwente harde werk en deursettingsvermoë word leerders toegerus met 'n aanhouer-wen-kultuur.

Laerskool Pionier's mission: The formation of equipped learners in a changing world that we build up and teach for a successful future that lies ahead for each one. We involve parents, the community, teachers and learners to also realise that they have a responsibility to live out and cultivate healthy values in our Kaalvoetkinders (Barefoot Children).

Our school has a holistic development mindset, where every learner who attends our school receives sufficient knowledge, care, teaching and love. Here at Pionier we strive to reach higher heights together with our learners, developing them not only academically, but also through cultural activities, sport and other extracurricular activities. A participatory culture is cultivated here, and with encouragement, consistent hard work and perseverance, learners are equipped with a culture of persistence and winning.
